These terms apply when you use this website or buy from ParrotClass™. By buying, you agree to them. Buyers must be adults (parents, guardians or teachers).

当你使用本网站或向 ParrotClass™ 购买时，这些条款即适用。购买即表示你同意。购买者必须是成年人（家长、监护人或老师）。

2. What you get: a personal / classroom licence2. 你得到什么：个人／课堂授权

When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it:

购买产品后，我们授予你个人的、非独家的、不可转让的使用授权：

  • Parents: use with your own children at home, and print for your own family.家长：在家里与你自己的孩子使用，并为自己的家庭打印。
  • Teachers: use in your own classroom with your own students, and print for them.老师：在你自己的课堂上与你自己的学生使用，并为他们打印。

3. What you may not do3. 你不可以做的事

  • Resell, rent, share, give away or upload the files, or any part of them, anywhere (including social media, group chats, file-sharing sites and other stores).转售、出租、分享、赠送，或把文件（包括其中任何部分）上传到任何地方（包括社交媒体、群组、文件分享网站和其他商店）。
  • Remove the ParrotClass™ name or notices, or claim our work or characters as your own.删除 ParrotClass™ 的名称或标示，或把我们的作品和角色说成是你的。
  • Use our material to train AI systems or build a competing product.用我们的材料训练 AI 系统或制作竞争产品。

4. Ownership4. 所有权

Sunny, Penny, ParrotClass™, our videos, songs, texts, quizzes and designs belong to ParrotClass. ParrotClass™ is used as an unregistered trademark. Buying a product does not transfer any ownership to you.

Sunny、Penny、ParrotClass™，以及我们的视频、歌曲、文字、测验和设计都属于 ParrotClass。ParrotClass™ 作为未注册商标使用。购买产品不会把任何所有权转移给你。

5. Payments, delivery and refunds5. 付款、交付与退款

Payments and delivery are handled by a secure checkout (FPX / online banking in Malaysia, or card / PayPal overseas). Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit (RM) and may change; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Refunds are explained in our Refund Policy.

付款和交付由安全结账处理（马来西亚用 FPX / 网上银行，海外用信用卡或 PayPal）。价格以马来西亚令吉（RM）显示，可能会调整；结账时看到的价格就是你要付的价格。退款说明见我们的退款政策。

6. Learning materials6. 学习资料

Our materials support, but do not replace, school or teacher guidance. We try to keep everything accurate, including pinyin and translations, but we cannot promise a particular exam result. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.

我们的资料是对学校或老师指导的辅助，而不是取代。我们尽力保证内容准确，包括拼音和翻译，但无法保证特定的考试成绩。如果你发现错误，请告诉我们。

7. Liability7. 责任

We provide this website and our materials "as is". To the extent allowed by Malaysian law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our responsibility for any product is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here removes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other law that cannot be waived.
