We want you and your child to be happy with what you buy. Because our products are digital files, here is how refunds work.

我们希望你和孩子对购买的东西感到满意。由于我们的产品是数字文件，退款方式如下。

When we will refund什么情况我们会退款

Email us within 7 days of your purchase if:

如果出现以下情况，请在购买后 7 天内来信：

  • The file is damaged, will not open, or the download link does not work and we cannot fix it.文件损坏、打不开，或下载链接无效而我们无法修复。
  • You received the wrong product, or you bought the same thing twice by mistake.你收到了错误的产品，或不小心重复购买了同一产品。
  • The product is very different from how we described it.产品与我们的描述差别很大。
  • You changed your mind and have not downloaded or used the product.你改变主意，而且还没有下载或使用该产品。

We will always try to fix a problem first (for example, by sending a new link). If we cannot, we will refund you.

我们会先尽量解决问题（例如重新发送链接）。如果无法解决，我们会退款给你。

How to ask怎么申请

  • Email sunnyandpennyparrotclass@gmail.com with the subject “Refund”.来信 sunnyandpennyparrotclass@gmail.com，主题写“Refund”。
  • Include the email address you used at checkout, the order number and a short reason.写上结账时用的邮箱、订单编号和简短原因。
  • Please do not include any information about your child.请不要提供任何有关孩子的信息。

How you get your money back怎么拿回钱

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (FPX, card or PayPal) through the checkout provider. After we approve it, the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

获批准的退款会通过结账平台退回你原来的付款方式（FPX、信用卡或 PayPal）。我们批准之后，多久到账取决于你的银行或付款平台。

Your legal rights你的法定权利

This policy does not take away any rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.
